Installing it on Android

Maxie isn't in the Play Store yet, so Android asks you to confirm the install. That's normal.

Open this page on the phone and tap Download for Android.
When the download finishes, tap the file in your notifications, or find maxie.apk in Files under Downloads.
Android will say it can't install apps from this source. Tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source for your browser, then press back.
Tap Install, then Open.
Create an account, add your baby, and invite the other carer from the Family tab.

Before you install.

Maxie is new

It's been tested hard on real phones by a parent doing the same 3 am shifts as you. If something breaks, tell us and we'll fix it that week. The first 100 households are our founding families.

It's not a medical device

Maxie records what you tell it and plots growth on the WHO charts for reference. It gives no medical advice. Talk to your midwife, child health nurse or GP, and call 000 in an emergency.
